Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born in the south to a Herbalist, Rurik learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Rurik was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and revenge
