History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thodris grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thodris. After months of barely getting by, Thodris managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
