History: Kipper was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: She wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a warhammer, but if one is not available she will default to her shortbow. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Ruler kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
