History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Anne was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rurik embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Meriele abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
