Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Varis was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Junk Dealer. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bricklayer.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
