Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears skinny pants and wears a yellow and red robe with the hood down. His red hair is knotted and matted. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. After a long history of fighting, Cora and her spouse have recently divorced.
