History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Left-Handed and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A gifted student he started as a Shipwright, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He has worked as a Tanner like his father before him.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and further expansion of business
