History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Cimer and his spouse have recently divorced.

She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Soapmaker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
