History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Astaro hails from a village terrorized by giants. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
