Description: This tall, slender man dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a violet coat with black slacks. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His silver eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and expand his business

Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Taklinn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Taklinn and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, marred by chocolates. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is greedy

Description: This dark-skinned male is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
