History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Paymon was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Paymon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears long strands of amethyst and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Human culture. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Yurgunn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. She carries with her a set of whips, each one with a amber on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Thiala hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has never given up on her writing dream.
