Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Traki learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.

Description: She dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with blue slacks. She is portly but not overly obese. Her bronze crest is singed and shortened. Her eyes are a pleasant gold.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Description: She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. Her silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Therlin was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: This light-skinned male is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Olunt is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to unite with his sister
