Description: He wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries with him a set of swords, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Bucklal hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Bucklal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bucklal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: He is in excellent shape and prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 69. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Gadreel was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Courier does, and is pretty ugly. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.
