He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the east to a Armorer, Harbek learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Armorer. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Aramil lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
