Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'8" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a yellow Stetson hat and yellow clothes. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Griselda grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now owns her own business.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is dressed in earthy colors with a yellow and red handkerchief worn on his right side. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born in the north. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has moderate length silver hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are silver.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Kairon was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Kairon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
