Personality: Varis is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Varis has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Myathethil was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and doesn't want to be a mercenary and was forced into it by her family
