History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Chay was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Makaria was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Makaria's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Makaria and her spouse have recently divorced.
