He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has hazel eyes and a tan hat with a white feather.

Personality: Rimple is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
