History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Bertram was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Bertram's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to find somewhere to settle down
