History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Ea was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ea's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Malquis was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 58. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
