History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Born in the south to a Courier, Ekk learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Courier. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
