Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a grey suit, brown shirt, and blue tie. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born in the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Murook is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Murook was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Murook was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Revenge; and many dire rats want her driven away

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Wiggens fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and his religion dominates his actions
