History: Born in the north to a Beggar, Elegant learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This late middle aged man wears skinny pants and wears a grey and white robe with the hood down and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Reynard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Reynard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Taklinn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
