His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Bookbinder mother left her crippled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
