Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he likes to wear white tank tops with grey pants. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Chay was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Chay decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Knight kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Gnarsh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 4'11". She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it, and her gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. She wears her golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: Ella wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ella studied abroad. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
