Description: A 5'7" northern man, he wears dull white sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longsword, just in case. His hair is silver and very short. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ghâm was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ghâm decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Ghâm and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: A 6'3" northern woman, she tends to wear a brown poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She has dyed her greying black fur a little too much giving a sharp black color. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep yellow.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears a white coat over a violet low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. He is an epitome of beauty. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he would like to get married and retire
