History: Born in the south to a Engraver, Mary learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She has worked as a Engraver like her mother before her.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Naal was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
