Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time. He has silver hair. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Quarion hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He is physically well-built. He keeps his brass crest in a flapper bob. His eyes are likewise red.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Nadarr took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This tall, slender man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is white and curly. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Gennal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat, and is pretty ugly. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
