Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He was born in the north. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a deerstalker hat. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Dalaba was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: This woman dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her hair is golden and curly. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: Born in the east to a Butcher, Mardnab learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Mardnab took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor
