History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Kite was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kite fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Quarethon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Quarethon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Quarethon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
