Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears blue leather gloves, a blue jacket, and tight pants. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He found a children's book about a Elf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears brown trousers with grey and brown striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She keeps her auburn hair in a flapper bob. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: She has a missing right arm. She is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: Euphemia was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. After coming to the age of reason, Euphemia took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a simple black robe with pastel stripes complete with hood, and is pretty ugly. His gold crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kaladan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
