Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Mella is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Mella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Mella was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. After a long history of fighting, Traki and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: 6'3" and muscular, this southern woman is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She has wavy red crest. Her eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She struck the Mortician job and began her own company from there.

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with white slacks. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She has gray eyes and a white hat with a tan feather.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ootah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and to unite with her sister
