Description: This man stands a little under 3'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a red cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. His golden hair is still thick. He has brown eyes.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Joser was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A freak accident while working with his Jeweler father left him crippled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a black collared shirt and green pants. He accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His crest is white and curly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Ildrex hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 4'1" and is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering her clean studded leather. She has brown hair. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Werydd was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a robe, a symbol of luck around her neck, and a pickaxe on her belt. She has dyed her greying yellow fur a little too much giving a sharp yellow color. She has amber eyes and a brown hat with a white feather.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. River was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. River decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. River fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.
