A true patriot, Quilla would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She found a children's book about a Gnome Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
