Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and further expansion of business

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Tawar was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Tawar decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A 5'7" eastern woman, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has wavy auburn hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Sellsword. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Hugolina took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor she uses now. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and further expansion of business

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born in the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
