Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and grey handkerchief worn on her right side. Her chestnut hair is heavily combed to the right. Her skin is flawless and her gray eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Callybon lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Callybon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Callybon. Being a Merchant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: This slender man stands about 5'0". He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered goblins who tried to eat his hand. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he has a large yellow mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his red robe. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He takes great joy in being the best Miller in town.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is his passion; and further expansion of business

Description: Standing 5'9", this woman wears a yellow deerstalker hat and yellow clothes. She is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: Eva was born the youngest of three triplets. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.
