Personality: He is a Layabout first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fax does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Fax alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Sage arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her first spouse was a Tailor, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
