History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Valanthe and her spouse have recently divorced.
