Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Osco isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Cook. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
