Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sailor profession.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Richard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a deep hatred of dire rats

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dean was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
