Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Koeth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Barbena was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with her Carter mother left her crippled. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
