Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'1". He wears a white tunic with green highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes, and his gloved hand is found clutching a falchion. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Description: She wears a brown shirt with thin black vertical stripes and white pants. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Susannah was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: This man stands a little under 4'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is long and red with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: 3'0" and muscular, this northern woman wears bulky blue painted plate armor. She has moderate length auburn hair. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. After coming to the age of reason, Unvera took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
