Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Mordai was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Server job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is unsatisfied with his job

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Veloptima was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Veloptima's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest woman in the south
