Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He takes great joy in being the best Seamstress in town.

History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and is pretty ugly. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
