History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Being a Marshal kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
