History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This malnourished man wears red leather gloves, a red jacket, and tight pants. His hair is black and curly. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Chay lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright yellow and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She sports golden long hair. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady hazel eyes.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. She is a great chef.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Giselle was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her childhood dream was to be a Banker, but she was a colossal failure. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Giselle was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Orianna will drive conversation. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Orianna was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Orianna liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
