History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Emma was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Emma decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a fancy grey suit. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man wears a tan coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his left hand. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his feathered tan hat.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is greedy; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
