History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Oskar was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shipwright. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
