Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Eloise was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eloise decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
