Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. A true patriot, Jocelyn would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody.
